Aim
Project managers use the following expressions in almost every project:
"Nothing is more difficult than dealing with people."
"No matter what you do, people are not happy."
Even if the project managers and the team members complete a project with great effort, sometimes no one is happy.
The purpose of this training can be summarized as learning the techniques for making the customers, upper management and line managers involved with the project; and in addition forming a project team and steering them toward the project goals.
In this training, the participants learn PMI's tools and techniques for Project Stakeholder Management and Project Human Resource Management.
